YOSHIKI delivers a moving performance with the late YOSHI and candidates from his audition show, on live TV "Songs We Listened to the Most This Year - Annual Music Awards 2022”. Social media reacts with emotion and praise.

On the 28th, "Songs We Listened to the Most This Year~ Yearly Music Awards 2022" broadcast on NTV. YOSHIKI, along with the (recorded) singing voice of vocalist YOSHI who passed away suddenly in November of this year, dancer TAKAHIRO, who was also judges on the talent show, kazuki (s**t kingz) as well as 11 participants of the "YOSHIKI SUPERSTAR PROJECT X" took the stage for a one-night-only special performance. YOSHI's mother was also present at the venue, and conveyed her gratitude to YOSHIKI at the start, saying, "YOSHIKI said 'NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE' which my son took to heart. Thank you for letting him grow."

"A video of YOSHI singing was projected on a giant screen. It was as if he was there. An amazing performance  with complete devotion shown towards YOSHI (in heaven) by everyone on stage invoked deep emotions.

The unfinished song "XY," written and composed by YOSHIKI with vocals partially sung by YOSHI, covers classicrock and dance music embodying YOSHI'
YOSHIKI gave an impressive performance on piano, guitar, and drums, and in the final song, YOSHI's voice echoed on stage with YOSHIKI's unique piano sound and deeply moved the audience.

Also the narration for the documentary video played before the performance was done by Masaki Suda, whose friendship with YOSHI deepened after co-starring in a movie with him.

The show was worth watching just to hear this song." "It was like YOSHI was really there. Seeing his mother watch the stage happily made an impression on me." I felt that I also wanted to spend the time until I went to heaven living to the fullest."And after the performance, YOSHIKI spoke of how "We can't go to heaven, but until that day that we're able to see YOSHI, we'll live to the fullest, for YOSHI's sake as well, and achieve YOSHI's dreams one by one."To make YOSHI's dreams come true, and also to respond to the wishes of his surviving family, "YOSHIKI SUPERSTAR PROJECT X," which has decided to move onward, is progressing with reviewing a new vocalist at present. The audition members who debuted in a stirring performance over-the-air. Who will be the final debut members for both the band and dance vocalist group?
